Psalm 40:16-17

New International Version

¹⁶ But may all who seek you^(A)
    rejoice and be glad^(B) in you;
may those who long for your saving help always say,
    “The Lord is great!”^(C)

¹⁷ But as for me, I am poor and needy;^(D)
    may the Lord think^(E) of me.
You are my help^(F) and my deliverer;^(G)
    you are my God, do not delay.^(H)
