²³ Why is life given to a man
    whose way is hidden,^(A)
    whom God has hedged in?^(B)
24 For sighing^(C) has become my daily food;^(D)
    my groans^(E) pour out like water.^(F)
25 What I feared has come upon me;
    what I dreaded^(G) has happened to me.^(H)
26 I have no peace,^(I) no quietness;
    I have no rest,^(J) but only turmoil.”^(K)
