³ and ^(A)His signs and His works which He did in the midst of Egypt to Pharaoh the king of Egypt and to all his land; ⁴ and what He did to Egypt’s army, to its horses and its chariots, ^(B)when He made the water of the ^[a]Red Sea ^[b]engulf them while they were pursuing you, and the Lord ^[c]completely eliminated them;

^8 (A)and the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand, an outstretched arm, and with great terror, and with signs and wonders;

⁵⁹ then the Lord will bring extraordinary plagues on you and ^[a]your descendants, ^[b]severe and lasting plagues, and miserable and chronic sicknesses. ^60 (A)And He will bring back on you every disease of Egypt of which you were afraid, and they will cling to you. ⁶¹ Also every sickness and every plague, which are not written in the book of this Law, the Lord will bring on you ^(B)until you are destroyed.
