The Divine Kingdom

⁴⁴ And in the days of those kings the ^(A)God of heaven will ^(B)set up a ^(C)kingdom which will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not be ^[a]left for another people; it will ^(D)crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, but it will itself endure forever.

³² He will be great and will be called the Son of ^(A)the Most High; and the Lord God will give Him ^(B)the throne of His father David; ^33 (C)and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, ^(D)and His kingdom will have no end.”

²⁷ and he shall ^[a](A)rule them with a rod of iron, ^(B)as the vessels of the potter are shattered, as I also have received authority from My Father;

The Male Child, Christ

⁵ And ^(A)she gave birth to a Son, a male, who is going to ^[a](B)rule all the ^[b]nations with a rod of iron; and her Child was ^(C)caught up to God and to His throne.

^15 (A)From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that ^(B)with it He may strike down the nations, and He will ^[a](C)rule them with a rod of iron; and ^(D)He treads the ^[b]wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty. ¹⁶ And on His robe and on His thigh He has ^(E)a name written: “^(F)KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”
