⁷ But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you.

⁸ Do not be afraid^(A) of them, for I am with you^(B) and will rescue^(C) you,” declares the Lord.^(D)

⁸ But I will make you as unyielding and hardened as they are.^(A)

⁹ I will make your forehead^(A) like the hardest stone, harder than flint.^(B) Do not be afraid of them or terrified by them, though they are a rebellious people.^(C)”

¹¹ Go^(A) now to your people in exile and speak to them. Say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says,’^(B) whether they listen or fail to listen.^(C)”
