Joel 2:5-7

New International Version

⁵ With a noise like that of chariots^(A)
    they leap over the mountaintops,
like a crackling fire^(B) consuming stubble,
    like a mighty army drawn up for battle.

⁶ At the sight of them, nations are in anguish;^(C)
    every face turns pale.^(D)
7 They charge like warriors;^(E)
    they scale walls like soldiers.
They all march in line,^(F)
    not swerving^(G) from their course.
