49 Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye peoples, from far: Jehovah hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name:

²¹ And she shall bring forth a son; and thou shalt call his name Jesus; for it is he that shall save his people from their sins.

³⁵ And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Spirit shall come upon thee, and the power of the Most High shall overshadow thee: wherefore also ^[a]the holy thing which is begotten ^[b]shall be called the Son of God.
