^16 (A)All Scripture is ^[a]inspired by God and beneficial for teaching, for ^[b]rebuke, for correction, for training in righteousness; ¹⁷ so that ^(B)the man or woman of God may be ^[c]fully capable, ^(C)equipped for every good work.

²⁰ But ^(A)know this first of all, that ^(B)no prophecy of Scripture ^[a]becomes a matter of ^[b]someone’s own interpretation, ²¹ for ^(C)no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men ^(D)moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.

¹⁸ For truly I say to you, ^(A)until heaven and earth pass away, not ^[a]the smallest letter or stroke of a letter shall pass from the Law, until all is accomplished!

¹² “I have many more things to say to you, but you cannot bear them at the present time. ¹³ But when He, ^(A)the Spirit of truth, comes, He will ^(B)guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.

God’s Final Word in His Son

1 God, after He ^(A)spoke long ago to the fathers in ^(B)the prophets in many portions and ^(C)in many ways, ^2 [a](D)in these last days ^(E)has spoken to us ^[b]in His ^(F)Son, whom He appointed ^(G)heir of all things, ^(H)through whom He also made the ^[c](I)world.
