³⁷ Seven days you shall make atonement for the altar and consecrate it, and the ^(A)altar shall be most holy. ^(B)Whatever touches the altar shall become holy.

¹⁸ Every male among the children of Aaron may eat of it, as decreed forever throughout your generations, from the Lord's food offerings. Whatever touches them shall become holy.”

¹⁹ “Flesh that touches any unclean thing shall not be eaten. It shall be burned up with fire. All who are clean may eat flesh,

³² And anything on which any of them falls when they are dead shall be unclean, whether it is an article of wood or a garment or a skin or a sack, any article that is used for any purpose. ^(A)It must be put into water, and it shall be unclean until the evening; then it shall be clean.

²² And ^(A)whatever the unclean person touches shall be unclean, and anyone who touches it shall be unclean until evening.”
