¹⁵ Behold, He ^(A)restrains the waters, and they dry up;
And He ^(B)sends them out, and they ^[a]inundate the earth.

²⁷ I am the One who says to the depth of the sea, ‘Dry up!’
And I will make your rivers ^(A)dry up.

⁴ He ^(A)rebukes the sea and dries it up;
He dries up all the rivers.
^(B)Bashan and Carmel wither,
The blossoms of Lebanon wither.
