Job 34:9-11

New International Version

⁹ For he says, ‘There is no profit
    in trying to please God.’^(A)

¹⁰ “So listen to me,^(B) you men of understanding.^(C)
    Far be it from God to do evil,^(D)
    from the Almighty to do wrong.^(E)
11 He repays everyone for what they have done;^(F)
    he brings on them what their conduct deserves.^(G)
