¹²For when the priesthood is changed, the law must be changed also.

¹³In speaking of a new covenant, he makes the first one obsolete. And ^(A)what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

¹³By calling this covenant “new,”^(A) he has made the first one obsolete;^(B) and what is obsolete and outdated will soon disappear.
