1 John 2:26-28

26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that would lead you astray. 27 And as for you, the anointing which ye received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any one teach you; but as his anointing teacheth you concerning all things, [a]and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, [b]ye abide in him. 28 And now, my little children, abide in him; that, if he shall be manifested, we may have boldness, and not be ashamed [c]before him at his [d]coming.

26 I am writing these things to you about those who are trying to lead you astray.(A) 27 As for you, the anointing(B) you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things(C) and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in him.(D)
