¹⁶Then said Samuel, Wherefore then dost thou ask of me, seeing the Lord is departed from thee, and is become thine enemy?

¹⁶Samuel said, “Why do you consult me, now that the Lord has departed from you and become your enemy?

²⁰For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.

²⁰They speak of you with evil intent;
