5 So I considered it necessary to urge the (A)brothers that they go on ahead to you and arrange in advance your previously promised [a](B)generous gift, that the same would be ready as a [b](C)generous gift, and not as one grudgingly given due to greediness.
6 Now I say this: (D)the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows [c]generously will also reap [d]generously. 7 Each one must do just as he has decided in his heart, not (E)reluctantly or under compulsion, for (F)God loves a cheerful giver.

6 Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.(D) 7 Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give,(E) not reluctantly or under compulsion,(F) for God loves a cheerful giver.(G)
