2 Chronicles 24:24
New English Translation
24 Even though the invading Syrian army was relatively weak, the Lord handed over to them Judah’s very large army,[a] for the people of Judah[b] had abandoned the Lord God of their ancestors. The Syrians[c] gave Joash what he deserved.[d]

New International Version
24 Although the Aramean army had come with only a few men,(A) the Lord delivered into their hands a much larger army.(B) Because Judah had forsaken the Lord, the God of their ancestors, judgment was executed on Joash.
