8 and there withstood them Elymas the magian -- for so is his name interpreted -- seeking to pervert the proconsul from the faith.
9 And Saul -- who also [is] Paul -- having been filled with the Holy Spirit, and having looked stedfastly on him,
10 said, `O full of all guile, and all profligacy, son of a devil, enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease perverting the right ways of the Lord?

8 But Elymas the sorcerer(A) (for that is what his name means) opposed them and tried to turn the proconsul(B) from the faith.(C) 9 Then Saul, who was also called Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit,(D) looked straight at Elymas and said, 10 “You are a child of the devil(E) and an enemy of everything that is right! You are full of all kinds of deceit and trickery. Will you never stop perverting the right ways of the Lord?(F)
