21 Whom it-is-necessary[a] that heaven receive until the times of restoration of all things, of which God spoke through the mouth of His holy prophets from the past age.

22 “Moses said [in Deut 18:15-19] that ‘The Lord your God will raise-up a prophet for you from your brothers like me. You shall listen-to[b] Him in relation to all that He says to you. 23 And it will be that every soul who does not listen-to that prophet will be utterly-destroyed out of the people’.

New International Version
21 Heaven must receive him(A) until the time comes for God to restore everything,(B) as he promised long ago through his holy prophets.(C) 22 For Moses said, ‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your own people; you must listen to everything he tells you.(D) 23 Anyone who does not listen to him will be completely cut off from their people.’[a](E)
