Daniel 1:19-21

New King James Version

¹⁹Then the king ^[a]interviewed them, and among them all none was found like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah; therefore ^(A)they served before the king. ²⁰^(B)And in all matters of wisdom and understanding about which the king examined them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers who were in all his realm. ²¹^(C)Thus Daniel continued until the first year of King Cyrus.

New International Version

¹⁹The king talked with them, and he found none equal to Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah; so they entered the king’s service.^(A) ²⁰In every matter of wisdom and understanding about which the king questioned them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians^(B) and enchanters in his whole kingdom.^(C)

²¹And Daniel remained there until the first year of King Cyrus.^(D)
