Nebuchadnezzar’s Response
46 Then King Nebuchadnezzar fell facedown, worshiped Daniel, and gave orders to present an offering and incense to him.(A) 47 The king said to Daniel, “Your God is indeed God of gods, Lord of kings,(B) and a revealer of mysteries,(C) since you were able to reveal this mystery.” 48 Then the king promoted Daniel and gave him many generous gifts. He made him ruler over the entire province of Babylon and chief governor over all the wise men of Babylon.(D)

46 Then King Nebuchadnezzar fell prostrate(A) before Daniel and paid him honor and ordered that an offering(B) and incense be presented to him. 47 The king said to Daniel, “Surely your God is the God of gods(C) and the Lord of kings(D) and a revealer of mysteries,(E) for you were able to reveal this mystery.(F)”
48 Then the king placed Daniel in a high(G) position and lavished many gifts on him. He made him ruler over the entire province of Babylon and placed him in charge of all its wise men.(H)
