²³ At the beginning of your petitions an answer went out, and I have come to give it, for you are treasured by God.^(A) So consider the message and understand the vision:^(B)

¹⁹ He said, “Don’t be afraid,^(A) you who are^[a] treasured by God.^(B) Peace to you; be very strong!”^(C)

As he spoke to me, I was strengthened and said, “Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.”^(D)
