³⁴ Or has any god ever attempted to go and take a nation for himself from the midst of another nation, by trials, ^(A)by signs, by wonders, and ^(B)by war, ^(C)by a mighty hand and ^(D)an outstretched arm, and by great deeds of terror, all of which the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

^15 (A)You shall remember that you were a slave^[a] in the land of Egypt, and the Lord your God brought you out from there ^(B)with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm. Therefore the Lord your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.

¹⁹ the great trials that your eyes saw, ^(A)the signs, the wonders, the mighty hand, and the outstretched arm, by which the Lord your God brought you out. So will the Lord your God do to all the peoples of whom you are afraid.

^29 (A)For they are your people and your heritage, whom you brought out by your great power and by your outstretched arm.’

² And consider today (since I am not speaking to ^(A)your children who have not known or seen it), consider the discipline^[a] of the Lord your God, ^(B)his greatness, ^(C)his mighty hand and his outstretched arm,
