Deuteronomy 23:2-4

2 [a]A bastard shall not enter into the Congregation of the Lord: even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the Congregation of the Lord.
3 (A)The Ammonites and the Moabites shall not enter into the Congregation of the Lord: even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the Congregation of the Lord forever,
4 Because they [b]met you not with bread and water in the way, when ye came out of Egypt, and (B)because they hired against thee Balaam the son of Beor, of Pethor in Aram-naharaim, to curse thee.

Deuteronomy 23:2-4
New International Version
2 No one born of a forbidden marriage[a] nor any of their descendants may enter the assembly of the Lord, not even in the tenth generation.
3 No Ammonite(A) or Moabite or any of their descendants may enter the assembly of the Lord, not even in the tenth generation.(B) 4 For they did not come to meet you with bread and water(C) on your way when you came out of Egypt, and they hired Balaam(D) son of Beor from Pethor in Aram Naharaim[b](E) to pronounce a curse on you.(F)
