¹⁸“Cursed shall be the fruit of your womb, the fruit of your ground, the increase of your cattle and the issue of your flock.

Deuteronomy 28:18

New International Version

¹⁸The fruit of your womb will be cursed, and the crops of your land, and the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.^(A)

²⁸For the Lord loves justice;
he will not forsake his faithful ones.

The righteous shall be kept safe forever,
but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.^(A)

²⁸For the Lord loves the just
and will not forsake his faithful ones.^(A)

Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed^[a];
the offspring of the wicked will perish.^(B)
