Deuteronomy 29:5-7

5 (A)I have led you forty years in the wilderness. Your clothes have not worn out on you, and your sandals have not worn off your feet. 6 (B)You have not eaten bread, and you have not drunk wine or strong drink, that you may know that I am the Lord your God. 7 And when you came to this place, (C)Sihon the king of Heshbon and Og the king of Bashan came out against us to battle, but we defeated them.

5 Yet the Lord says, “During the forty years that I led(A) you through the wilderness, your clothes did not wear out, nor did the sandals on your feet.(B) 6 You ate no bread and drank no wine or other fermented drink.(C) I did this so that you might know that I am the Lord your God.”(D)
7 When you reached this place, Sihon(E) king of Heshbon(F) and Og king of Bashan came out to fight against us, but we defeated them.(G)
