10 Then Moses commanded them: “At the end of every seven years, in the year for canceling debts,(A) during the Festival of Tabernacles,(B) 11 when all Israel comes to appear(C) before the Lord your God at the place he will choose,(D) you shall read this law(E) before them in their hearing.

11 When all Israel is come to appear before the Lord thy God in the place which he shall choose, thou shalt read this law before all Israel in their hearing.
