but he watched over your word

10 He teaches^(H) your precepts to Jacob
    and your law to Israel.^(I)
He offers incense before you^(J)
    and whole burnt offerings on your altar.^(K)

²² But if they had stood in my council,^(A)
    they would have proclaimed^(B) my words to my people
and would have turned^(C) them from their evil ways
