¹⁴Hujus rei gratia flecto genua mea ad Patrem Domini nostri Jesu Christi,

¹⁵ex quo omnis paternitas in caelis et in terra nominatur,

¹⁴For this reason I kneel^(A) before the Father, ¹⁵from whom every family^[a] in heaven and on earth derives its name.

¹⁴For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
