Ecclesiastes 8:5-7
International Standard Version
5 Whoever obeys his commands will not experience harm, and the wise in heart will discern both the appropriate time and response.[a] 6 Indeed, there is an appropriate time and a response[b] for every circumstance, since human misery weighs heavily upon him. 7 For he has absolutely no knowledge what will happen, since who can declare to him when it will come about?

New International Version
5 Whoever obeys his command will come to no harm,
and the wise heart will know the proper time and procedure.
6 For there is a proper time and procedure for every matter,(A)
though a person may be weighed down by misery.
7 Since no one knows the future,
who can tell someone else what is to come?
