  1. Ephesians 6:21 Paul issues a personal message and a final blessing. He sends Tychicus, his coworker, to carry the Letter personally to the addressees and to be his surrogate. He then offers final greetings. The fact that he does not give any personal references such as can be found in his Letters seems to indicate that the Letter was a circular one, not sent to the Ephesians alone.
