³⁰And they made the plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and wrote upon it a writing, like to the engravings of a signet, Holiness To The Lord.

New International Version

³⁰They made the plate, the sacred emblem, out of pure gold and engraved on it, like an inscription on a seal: holy to the Lord.^(A)

³¹And they tied unto it a lace of blue, to fasten it on high upon the mitre; as the Lord commanded Moses.

³¹Then they fastened a blue cord to it to attach it to the turban,^(A) as the Lord commanded Moses.
