⁹“Take two onyx stones and engrave^(A) on them the names of the sons of Israel

Exodus 28:9

King James Version

⁹And thou shalt take two onyx stones, and grave on them the names of the children of Israel:

²⁷The leaders^(A) brought onyx stones and other gems^(B) to be mounted on the ephod and breastpiece.

²⁷And the rulers brought onyx stones, and stones to be set, for the ephod, and for the breastplate;

⁶They mounted the onyx stones in gold filigree settings and engraved them like a seal with the names of the sons of Israel.

⁶And they wrought onyx stones inclosed in ouches of gold, graven, as signets are graven, with the names of the children of Israel.
