¹⁴When the layer of dew evaporated, on the surface of the wilderness there was a fine, flake-like thing, as fine as frost on the ground.

¹⁴When the dew was gone, thin flakes like frost^(A) on the ground appeared on the desert floor.

³¹Our fathers ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written [in Scripture], ‘He gave them bread out of heaven to eat.’”^(A)
