¹⁵Moses said to his father-in-law, “Because the people come to me ^(A)to inquire of God.

¹⁵Moses answered him, “Because the people come to me to seek God’s will.^(A)

²They stood before Moses, before Eleazar the priest, before the leaders, and all the congregation at the entrance of the tent of meeting, saying,

²and stood before Moses,^(A) Eleazar the priest, the leaders^(B) and the whole assembly at the entrance to the tent of meeting^(C) and said,
