24 “‘Make an altar(A) of earth for me and sacrifice on it your burnt offerings(B) and fellowship offerings, your sheep and goats and your cattle. Wherever I cause my name(C) to be honored, I will come to you and bless(D) you.

4 and (A)has not brought it to the doorway of the tent of meeting to present it as an offering to the Lord in front of the [a]tabernacle of the Lord, bloodshed is to be counted against that person. He has shed blood, and that person shall be cut off from among his people.
