Exodus 22:26-28
International Standard Version
26 If you take your neighbor’s coat as collateral, you are to return it to him by sunset, 27 for it’s his only covering; it’s his outer garment,[a] for what else can he sleep in? And when he cries out to me, I’ll hear him, for I am gracious.
28 “You are not to blaspheme God or curse a ruler of your people.

New International Version
26 If you take your neighbor’s cloak as a pledge,(A) return it by sunset, 27 because that cloak is the only covering your neighbor has. What else can they sleep in?(B) When they cry out to me, I will hear, for I am compassionate.(C)
