2 (A)And the angel of [a]Yahweh appeared to him in a blazing fire from the midst of the (B)bush; and he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, yet the bush was not consumed. 3 So Moses said, “[b](C)I must turn aside now and see this [c]marvelous sight. Why is the bush not burned up?” 4 And Yahweh saw that he turned aside to look, so (D)God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses!” And he said, “Here I am.”

New International Version
2 There the angel of the Lord(A) appeared to him in flames of fire(B) from within a bush.(C) Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up. 3 So Moses thought, “I will go over and see this strange sight—why the bush does not burn up.”
4 When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called(D) to him from within the bush,(E) “Moses! Moses!”
And Moses said, “Here I am.”(F)
