21 And the fish that were in the Nile died, and the Nile [a]became foul, so that the Egyptians could not drink water from the Nile. And the blood was through all the land of Egypt. 22 (A)Yet the [b]magicians of Egypt did [c]the same with their secret arts; and Pharaoh’s heart was [d]hardened with strength, and he did not listen to them, as Yahweh had spoken. 23 Then Pharaoh turned and went into his house, and he did not set his heart even on this.

Exodus 7:21-23
New International Version
21 The fish in the Nile died, and the river smelled so bad that the Egyptians could not drink its water. Blood was everywhere in Egypt.
22 But the Egyptian magicians(A) did the same things by their secret arts,(B) and Pharaoh’s heart(C) became hard; he would not listen to Moses and Aaron, just as the Lord had said. 23 Instead, he turned and went into his palace, and did not take even this to heart.
