A Stick Turns into a Snake
8-9 The Lord said, “Moses, when the king[a] asks you and Aaron to perform a miracle, command Aaron to throw his walking stick down in front of the king, and it will turn into a snake.”

Aaron’s Staff Becomes a Snake
8 The Lord said to Moses and Aaron, 9 “When Pharaoh says to you, ‘Perform a miracle,(B)’ then say to Aaron, ‘Take your staff and throw it down before Pharaoh,’ and it will become a snake.”(C)
