The Plague of Hail

¹⁸ Behold, about this time tomorrow, ^(A)I will ^[a]send a very heavy hail, such as has not been seen in Egypt from the day it was founded ^[b]until now.

¹¹ And as they fled from Israel, while they were at the descent of Beth-horon, ^(A)the Lord hurled large stones from heaven on them as far as Azekah, and they died; there were more who died ^[a]from the hailstones than those whom the sons of Israel killed with the sword.

¹¹ so tell those who plaster it over with whitewash, that it will fall. A ^(A)flooding rain will come, and you, hailstones, will fall, and a violent wind will break out.

¹³ Therefore, this is what the Lord God says: “I will make a violent wind break out in My wrath. There will also be in My anger a flooding rain and ^(A)hailstones to consume it in wrath.

²¹ And ^(A)huge ^[a]hailstones, weighing about ^[b]a talent each, *came down from heaven upon people; and people ^(B)blasphemed God because of the ^(C)plague of the hail, because ^[c]the hailstone plague *was extremely ^[d]severe.
