2 And the prince shall enter by the way of the porch of that gate without, and shall stand by the post of the gate, and the Priests shall make his burnt offering, and his peace offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate: after he shall go forth, but the gate shall not be shut till the evening.
3 Likewise the people of the land shall worship at the entry of this gate before the Lord on the Sabbaths, and in the new moons.
4 And the burnt offering that the prince shall offer unto the Lord on the Sabbath day, shall be six lambs without blemish, and a ram without blemish.

New International Version
2 The prince is to enter from the outside through the portico(A) of the gateway and stand by the gatepost. The priests are to sacrifice his burnt offering(B) and his fellowship offerings. He is to bow down in worship at the threshold of the gateway and then go out, but the gate will not be shut until evening.(C) 3 On the Sabbaths(D) and New Moons the people of the land are to worship in the presence of the Lord at the entrance of that gateway.(E) 4 The burnt offering the prince brings to the Lord on the Sabbath day is to be six male lambs and a ram, all without defect.
