11 But its miry places and its marshes shall not be healed. They shall be given to salt. 12 By the river upon its bank, on this side and on that side, shall grow all kinds of trees for food, whose leaf shall not fade nor shall its fruit fail. They shall bring forth fruit according to their months, because their water issues out of the sanctuary. And their fruit shall be for food and their leaves for medicine.”

13 Thus says the Lord God: This shall be the border by which you shall divide the land for an inheritance according to the twelve tribes of Israel. Joseph shall have two portions.

11 But the swamps and marshes will not become fresh; they will be left for salt.(A) 12 Fruit trees of all kinds will grow on both banks of the river.(B) Their leaves will not wither, nor will their fruit(C) fail. Every month they will bear fruit, because the water from the sanctuary(D) flows to them. Their fruit will serve for food and their leaves for healing.(E)”

13 This is what the Sovereign Lord says: “These are the boundaries(F) of the land that you will divide among the twelve tribes of Israel as their inheritance, with two portions for Joseph.(G)
