Galatians 2:4-6
Contemporary English Version
4 We went there because of those who pretended to be followers and had sneaked in among us as spies. They had come to take away the freedom Christ Jesus had given us, and they were trying to make us their slaves. 5 But we wanted you to have the true message. This is why we didn't give in to them, not even for a second.
6 (A) Some of them were supposed to be important leaders, but I didn't care who they were. God doesn't have any favorites! None of these so-called special leaders added anything to my message.

Galatians 2:4-6
New International Version
4 This matter arose because some false believers(A) had infiltrated our ranks to spy on(B) the freedom(C) we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves. 5 We did not give in to them for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel(D) might be preserved for you.
6 As for those who were held in high esteem(E)—whatever they were makes no difference to me; God does not show favoritism(F)—they added nothing to my message.(G)
