Galatians 2:4-6

4 This matter arose because some false brothers(A) had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Christ Jesus in order to enslave us. 5 But we did not give up and submit to these people for even a moment, so that the truth(B) of the gospel would be preserved for you.
6 Now from those recognized as important (what they[a] once were makes no difference to me; God does not show favoritism[b](C))—they added nothing to me.

4 This matter arose because some false believers(A) had infiltrated our ranks to spy on(B) the freedom(C) we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves. 5 We did not give in to them for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel(D) might be preserved for you.
6 As for those who were held in high esteem(E)—whatever they were makes no difference to me; God does not show favoritism(F)—they added nothing to my message.(G)
