³And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

New International Version

³Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy,^(A) because on it he rested^(B) from all the work of creating^(C) that he had done.

¹²Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the Lord that sanctify them.

¹²Also I gave them my Sabbaths^(A) as a sign^(B) between us,^(C) so they would know that I the Lord made them holy.^(D)
