¹⁸And ^(A)Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. (He was ^(B)priest of ^(C)God Most High.)

¹⁸Then Melchizedek^(A) king of Salem^(B) brought out bread^(C) and wine.^(D) He was priest of God Most High,^(E)

¹⁹And he blessed him and said,

^(A)“Blessed be Abram by God Most High,
^(B)Possessor^[a] of heaven and earth;

¹⁹and he blessed Abram,^(A) saying,

“Blessed be Abram by God Most High,^(B)
Creator of heaven and earth.^(C)
