Genesis 15:4-6

4 And behold, the word of the Lord came to him, saying, “This one shall not be your heir, but one who (A)will come from your own body shall be your heir.” 5 Then He brought him outside and said, “Look now toward heaven, and (B)count the (C)stars if you are able to number them.” And He said to him, (D)“So shall your (E)descendants be.”
6 And he (F)believed in the Lord, and He (G)accounted it to him for righteousness.

4 Then the word of the Lord came to him: “This man will not be your heir, but a son who is your own flesh and blood will be your heir.(A)” 5 He took him outside and said, “Look up at the sky and count the stars(B)—if indeed you can count them.” Then he said to him, “So shall your offspring[a] be.”(C)
6 Abram believed the Lord, and he credited it to him as righteousness.(D)
