7 He found out that Jacob had obeyed his father and mother and had gone to Mesopotamia. 8 Esau then understood that his father Isaac did not approve of Canaanite women. 9 So he went to Ishmael son of Abraham and married his daughter Mahalath, who was the sister of Nebaioth.

7 and that Jacob had obeyed his father and mother and had gone to Paddan Aram. 8 Esau then realized how displeasing the Canaanite women(A) were to his father Isaac;(B) 9 so he went to Ishmael(C) and married Mahalath, the sister of Nebaioth(D) and daughter of Ishmael son of Abraham, in addition to the wives he already had.(E)
