Genesis 7:3-5

New King James Version

³also seven each of birds of the air, male and female, to keep ^[a]the species alive on the face of all the earth. ⁴For after ^(A)seven more days I will cause it to rain on the earth ^(B)forty days and forty nights, and I will ^[b]destroy from the face of the earth all living things that I have made.” ⁵^(C)And Noah did according to all that the Lord commanded him.

³and also seven pairs of every kind of bird, male and female, to keep their various kinds alive^(A) throughout the earth. ⁴Seven days from now I will send rain^(B) on the earth^(C) for forty days^(D) and forty nights,^(E) and I will wipe from the face of the earth every living creature I have made.^(F)”
