⁸Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;

⁸Son^(A) though he was, he learned obedience from what he suffered^(B)

⁸though He was a Son, yet He learned ^(A)obedience by the things which He suffered.

⁹And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

⁹and, once made perfect,^(A) he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him
